Technology information, forecasting and assessment council (TIFAC), Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India has declared result of 2nd Stage Screening of 'National Award to Commercializable Patents'
*** Patent No. 202881 Title: A Disposable Syringe with Break the seal to use and Locking of Parts Feature" was also in race of this NATIONAL AWARD because it has Selected in 1st Stage Screening.
Authority of this “National Award” has not founded my patent technology fit for commercializable in society on basis of Technical basis. The decision has created many questions………………for not only me but also public and their self.
TIFAC, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India has given (letter reference no. TIFAC/TePP/44/2007, Dated: 28 May, 2008) technical approval first, then principle approval to project and finally financially allotment after minutes reports at timing of my Technopreneur Promotion Program (TePP). Public and Media persons are continuing seeing presentation by prototypes and satisfy its benefits before giving any news, congratulation, and comments about this.
I have released press-note about this matter since 21-11-2011 and provide many causes for explain my invented technology is commercializable in real life. Many reporters discuss to me (knowing matter) before write news and some news channel records my interview.

I am very grateful to coordination department of Ministry of Home Affairs (Government of INDIA) for sent my matter to Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Government of INDIA). Their request was “Appropriate Action” with used term “Please” for sent suitable reply to me under intimation of their Ministry. It was surprised to my give this type response with unbelievable moral duties and respect to one common man.

My main aim is save more then 2 laces human lives every year from AIDS, HEPATITS AND BLOOD TRANSMITTED DISEASE. I submitted my application for this award because it was matter of “Public honor of my working state”. I do not right any letter to TIFAC and take action because a long process (discussion……question/remark……..then answer) will start.
